Sara patrolled the golf course this morning but was very dissappointed to find no geese on the property.

Member/Guest Week
Thursday morning started with a good rain shower that soaked the golf course. We had been maintaining very dry greens and fairways up until that point. The rest of the tournament went off without a hitch. Thanks to all the members and their guests that participated in the event.

GREENS COMMITTEE MINUTES
Wednesday, June 8, 2011
Present: Garrison, S. Amsler, Fletcher, Laughridge, LaFontine
1. Course Condition
- Spraying with fungicides is complete for next three weeks
- Next spraying to be determined before or after Member Guest
- Grass mowing now contained to mornings only due to heat
- Course will remain open for carts
- Center markers in fairways have been raised and painted
2. Maintenance Schedule
- 7 days a week is the current schedule
- Second cut mower is down and maybe out for axle replacement
- Watering around greens and brown areas to continue until rain
3. Projects
- New sprayer and sand pro have been obtained
- Looking at a demo green roller to help smooth greens
- Fan for 17th green going back up to protect green
- Bunker faces are being reviewed for fixes on 6th and 15th greens
4. Communications
- Josh will continue to keep players informed through “course clippings”
- Daily course conditions will be posted on KCC website
5. New Business
- No new business was discussed
